Fancy Folds

Welcome to our June Blog Hop featuring Fancy Fold creations.  To purchase any of the items seen in our blog hop today, contact your local consultant to place an order.

We hope that you will take the time to leave comments on our posts, as we love to get feedback from our viewers....whether it was something that you really liked or some new technique that was used that you would like to learn how to do....by leaving us comments, we get to hear what you like, and what you want to see. Thank you… now on to our hop!

If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start here as this is a circular hop, but if you want to follow us across Canada then please start at the beginning and join My Creatiosn with Michelle. If you came from Lyn's blog, C1 Make 1 then you're in the right place.

I have a wedding coming up so I made this card with a bit of a Pop Up Fancy Fold for the message to the bride & groom.  The paper pack I used is retired, For Always which I made sure to stock up on for occasions such as this.  Isn't it perfect?!

Here's a shot a little closer up so you can see the detail of the ink sponging and pearls.

The photo below shows the fancy fold popping up and the mini Velcro closures I used to keep it secured.
The stamp set I used is D1536 The Happy Couple, stamped in Lagoon and complimented with coordinating Lagoon cardstock.  The Silver & Teal Shimmer Trim adds a bit of pizzazz.
The inside sentiment is also from The Happy Couple, D1539 stamp set.  I like to add patterned paper on the inside to pull it all together.

I hope you're inspired to create one of your own.   Here is a YouTube link to see how I made this.  Pop Up Fancy Fold Card

Your next stop on the Cross Canada Hop is Terry Ann's, It's My Garage--- I Can Craft In It!
If you get lost along the way, you can head to Michelle S Blog, My Creations with Michelle, as she has the complete blog list.

Thanks for hopping along with us - we hope we were able to inspire you to get creative using some of the designs, products and techniques seen along the way. We hope you will join us again next month when we will be featuring Summer Albums.   So mark July 15th on your calendars and hop along with us.
